I learned EFT in 1999 and have logged hundreds of hours tapping by myself.

I went to Practitioners and even tapped with a "big wig" in the EFT world at a workshop; he said I wasn't getting results because of a reversal or maybe I was allergic to the carpet in the room.

I have been doing EFT for about 3 years on my own. I had never tapped with a Practitioner. In my half yearly exams at school I was feeling very stressed and uptight about the exams and I found being worried hindered me to the point that I actually missed two exams because I was sick.

However, after your tapping instruction, I tapped once or twice before my first two exams and when I was revising because I felt worried again. The worry suddenly just lifted and I found myself doing revision without that stress and so doing more effective revision. This meant that although I did well in my half yearly exams, in the end of year exams I did so well that I won a school prize, which I am very proud of.
